Some ideas for your flavoured butters

Churned by us

We use Craig's Dairy Farm for our cream suppliers. 

A traditional working farm who have been operating for over 35 years and pride themselves on the quality of their dairy products. For over 8 months of the year the cows are out grazing the luscious green paddocks with spectacular views over Weymouth and Portland Bay. 

Happy healthy cows = delicious cream 

No waste ~ The buttermilk left over from the churning gets sold separately to bakers and home cooks.


Nutritional benefits
Vitamins: Butter is an excellent source of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.
Vitamin A: Important for vision, skin health, and immune function.
Vitamin D: Aids in calcium absorption for bone health.
Vitamin E: A powerful antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage.
Vitamin K2: Supports bone health by increasing calcium absorption and may help prevent calcium buildup in arteries.

Antioxidants: Contains antioxidants like beta-carotene, especially in grass-fed butter, which the body converts to vitamin A. Antioxidants help protect the body from free radical damage.
Provides healthy fats, including lauric acid and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which have potential benefits for fighting infections.
Mineral: Contains small amounts of calcium, phosphorus, and selenium.

Dietary Requirements

We haven't forgotten anyone who can't or won't eat dairy products. 

In this situation we use a compound method to flavour these types of butters. 

Having found a delicious vegan butter supplier, we add & mix in natural flavours as in our normal butters. 

Our butters do not contain Gluten.
