
We use Craig's Dairy Farm for our cream suppliers.
A traditional working farm who have been operating for over 35 years and pride themselves on the quality of their dairy products. For over 8 months of the year the cows are out grazing the luscious green paddocks with spectacular views over Weymouth and Portland Bay.
Happy healthy cows = delicious cream
No waste ~ The buttermilk left over from the churning gets sold separately to bakers and home cooks.

Having found a delicious vegan butter supplier, we add & mix in natural flavours as in our normal butters.
