Our Cream comes from Craig's Farm here in Dorset. We churn the cream ourselves then add our Dorset based ingredients.
Spoons carefully chose the cream supplier, not only for a flavoursome taste but we required it to come from happy healthy cows.

Butter Candles
The amount of times I've been asked "what's a butter candle" well, we shape our churned flavoured butter into the shape of a candle and use a hemp wick to light.
Watch as the butter starts to melt then dip in your fresh bread, crackers or crumpets.
